Popcorn, a soft drink, candy and an ANTHROPOLOGICAL DRAMA about GUILT

Synopsis

When Germain, an experienced trucker from Bas-Saint-Laurent, is involved in an accident which causes the death of a woman driver, he decides to retire for good. Samuel, his son who works as a janitor in Montreal, travels down to New-Brunswick to join his brother Alain. They then drive up to the family house to take care of their father, whose consumed with guilt. Samuel hangs out with a former girlfriend his that turned into a housewife, and Alain, with his arm wounded, takes on to repair the damaged truck. The two sons also tag along with their father on a hunting trip, waiting for him to work again.
