Synopsis
Anick settles down in the small, secluded house that Scott, an ex-prisoner in his fifties, shares with Jessie, his young spouse. Her goal is to make an intimate documentary on social reintegration. But the ever-present documentary maker, with her increasing attraction for Jessie, grows exasperation in Scott, and soon turns the cohabitation into a increasingly unpredictable and tense closed session. Between interviews with Scott speaking about his confinement and about his unusual passion for 3D puzzles and the moments when Jessie proudly shows her collection of dolphin figurines, Anick's camera drifts away slowly but surely and ends up shadily seizing the new relationship taking shape between the two women. Torn between her project and its unallowable attraction, Anick is a growing threat to the couple.
