Synopsis
Feuilles Mortes is a visionary fictitious feature film. The story takes place in a broken down urban Quebec. The villages are cloistered, the farmers protect their lands with the barrel of their rifles, and roads are patronized by ruthless bandits. We follow three characters whose fates are bound together : Bob, a solitary drifter searching for his brother, Léon and his horde of vultures, and Marianne, who looks to seek refuge in a village after her family was annihilated by a group of outlaws. As winter's coming, in an hostile environment, they will all have to sacrifice their humanity at the cost of their survival. They are the "Feuilles Mortes" (Dead Leaves).
